MEET OUR LEADERS
DONG HA
Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Colonel (Ret.) Dong Ha brings over 3 decades of experience in defense strategy and international cooperation to A29 Solutions. A former U.S. Army Foreign Area Officer specializing in Korean affairs, he led the Joint U.S. Military Affairs Group–Korea from 2009 to 2014, overseeing all U.S. military sales and security cooperation with the Republic of Korea.
Following his military career, Mr. Ha served as Northrop Grumman’s Chief Executive for South Korea for 7+ years (2017–2024) out of his 10 years at the company, strengthening industry partnerships and advancing defense initiatives. He holds degrees from Middle Tennessee State University and the Naval Postgraduate School, and is one of only two U.S. officers to complete a Senior Service College Fellowship at the Korea National Defense University. At A29 Solutions, he applies his deep regional expertise and strategic leadership to advancing U.S.–ROK defense collaboration.
CHUNG S. HA
Chief Electrical and I&C Engineer
Mr. Chung Ha brings over three decades of experience in electrical engineering and systems design to A29 Solutions LLC. Previously, he served for more than 20 years as a Senior Associate Electrical Engineer at Burns & McDonnell, where he led complex industrial, refining, and water/wastewater projects. Mr. Ha spent nine years at Martin Marietta/Lockheed, working on nuclear-related initiatives at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, followed by engineering roles at Malcolm Pirnie and I.C. Thomasson Associates, where he focused on industrial and manufacturing systems.

Mr. Ha earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University and has over 37 years of professional experience spanning power system design, controls, instrumentation, and field commissioning. At A29 Solutions, he leads the electrical engineering division, combining technical precision and practical field expertise to deliver efficient, high-performance solutions across commercial, industrial, and municipal sectors.
